Terms and Conditions

 

​Following terms and conditions will be applied to your tours with Tibet Travel Line Service. Please read them carefully.​​​

Reservation policy​:

 

A) Before 30 days, a deposit of 15% of the total tour price and flight/train fares is required to be paid exclusively and separately.

B) Within 3 weeks, a deposit of 30% of the total tour price and flight/train fares is required to be paid exclusively and separately.

C) Within one days, you are required to pay your full tour price and flight/train fares exclusively and separately.​​​

We suggest you book tours at least 10 days before you enter Tibet. On your acceptance and payment of your deposit, we will send you an invoice but, balance can be paid to us at arrival in Lhasa. If your trip will be canceled within 2 weeks before the trip date the deposit will not be refunded.​

 

 

​Cancellation made by you:​​​

We will return your deposit when a tour is cancelled before two weeks.

Your depisit will be returned within two weeks when a tour is cancelled.

Your flight and train ticket canclellation is will be charged according to the the charge of the service made by the government. We won't charge any flight or train ticket booking fees once a tour is confirmed or cancelled with us.

Making later changes in your tour itinerary​:

 

If later changes in tour itinerary and reservations by your side occurs, this will change the values of the tour and prices, as set in your original form. In this case we will charge more or less accordingly. After this date we will strive to be flexible with your changes, but we request your decent understanding of our obligation to sort out the formalities duly and timely. Additional costs imposed on us as a result of the changes along with tour services, flight and train ticket exchanges, will be fully charged.

But alteration made by Tibet Travel Line in case of circumstances like, war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activities, political matters, disease and fire or bad weather conditions, we will reserve our right to cancel your trip in announcement and deposit fees will be returned. We will inform you of any unforeseen circumstances and offer a choice of acceptance in case of canceling flight/train, accommodation and trip arrangements. Alterations to your tour itinerary may be made any time because of events  beyond our control.
